About MiraeBiz

Mission and vision

Built around one idea: corporate accountability should be verifiable, structured, and public.

Our Mission

To track, audit, and enforce demographic fairness and structural transparency within S&P 500 board architectures, fostering a world where corporate accountability is open to all.

Our Vision

A corporate landscape where public statements on organizational fairness are actively verified by longitudinal performance data, free of institutional barriers.

Our Story

Built for empirical accountability

MiraeBiz connects board composition data to the policy networks that can use it.

Origin

Inspired by the demographic inequalities that persist at the highest echelons of corporate leadership, Yiming Chen saw a need for structural governance and transparency that supports long-term business success, social equity, and organizational justice.

Mirae = Future

Named after the Korean word for future, the project reflects the belief that future business models should replace tokenistic public relations statements with empirical accountability, bridging raw board data and global policy networks.
